Free Health Check-Ups Conducted for Labor Communities Across 3 Sites

As part of our ongoing commitment to the well-being of the people who support our operations, Multilines Group recently organized a series of free health check-up camps for labor communities across three of our operational sites. The initiative was led by our CSR team in collaboration with local healthcare partners and received overwhelming participation from workers and their families.

Prioritizing Health at the Grassroots

At Multilines Group, we recognize that a healthy workforce is the foundation of a responsible and resilient business. While our divisions — from construction to mining and manufacturing — maintain strong workplace safety protocols, we also believe in extending care beyond the factory floor.

These health check-up drives were designed to provide accessible medical attention to laborers and daily-wage workers who may not have regular access to preventive healthcare. The camps were held near our mining, construction, and textile operations, targeting areas with high concentrations of contract workers and their families.

Services Provided

In partnership with certified medical professionals and diagnostic teams, the health camps offered:

General medical consultations
Blood pressure and sugar level checks
Eye and dental screenings
Basic physiotherapy assessments
Nutritional guidance and health education
Free medicines for common conditions

Over 1,200 individuals were examined during the week-long initiative, with several referred to local clinics for follow-up care.

Awareness and Outreach

The initiative also emphasized awareness and education. Participants received printed materials on hygiene, nutrition, and preventive health practices. Short sessions were conducted on first-aid basics, heatstroke prevention, and workplace ergonomics — especially useful in labor-intensive divisions such as construction and automotive parts handling.

Community Response

The response from local communities was deeply encouraging. Workers expressed appreciation for the convenience, respect, and care shown during the program — with many highlighting that this was the first time they had received a full health screening.

Several community leaders and local officials also participated in the events, strengthening the trust between our organization and the areas we operate in.
